Returns


  • Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. 
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. 
  • Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. 



Return Process


  1. Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Support at hooopshq@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back. 
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.



Refunds

        

  • All refunds are done in store credit any refunds requested through PayPal or Credit Card provider will be automatically dined
  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. 
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 



Exchanges


If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hooopshq@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
