At HooopsHQ, we’re dedicated to getting your gear to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.
Shipping Locations
- Domestic: We ship anywhere within South Africa.
- International: We currently ship to selected countries outside South Africa. Shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- South Africa: 2–5 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors such as courier issues or customs.
Shipping Rates
- Domestic Shipping: Flat rate of R60. Free shipping on orders over R1000.
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your shipment’s status in real-time.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders Only)
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country.
- HooopsHQ is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer’s responsibility.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hooopshq@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
